Fire-Resistant Batteries for EVs in India

Fire-Resistant Batteries are been launched by KOMAKI.

In the past few months, we have encountered or heard many EVs are catching fire and many are scared to buy EVs because of the fear of EVs catching fire. But now a company called Komaki has overcome this by introducing Fire-Resistant batteries into the market. This company has been in the EV market since 2016.

Komaki Electric Vehicle Division has ventured since 2016. Komaki is a Electric Vehicle manufacturing firm. Komaki includes E-Scooty, E-Loader & E-rickshaws. Their infrastructure unit is in Kerala and the warehouse is in Delhi. All Komaki vehicles are ICAT-approved.

Komaki has launched LiFiPO4 (Lithium-Ion Ferro phosphate) Batteries, which are fire-resistant batteries. And they have developed an application that is user-friendly and mobile friendly which will show the battery health of the vehicle they are using. LiFiPO4 is more fire-resistant, and the cells used in the battery contain iron, making it safer. This battery type has a life cycle of up to 2500-3000 compared to other batteries.

Komaki has launched many models since 2016. They have 9 Smart EVs which are Low-Speed, 1 E-Loader for commercial purpose,s and 8 High-Speed EVs, Bike models are also available. Komaki has launched First Cruiser E-Bike in India called Ranger. Komaki has an E-loader which is for commercial purposes and its bearing capacity is 350+ kgs, it is useful for transporting a lesser load of goods, and its mileage per charge comes up to 100 kms.

Komaki has recently launched the Flora High-Speed model which has LFT screen that can be connected to the mobile device and the screen becomes a duplicate screen of the mobile device, there is a Bluetooth option with a sound system, boot space is available, a Detachable battery option, regenerative braking system, App linked, cruise control and more.

There are totally 17 models for customer purpose and 1 EV for commercial purpose launched by Komaki and they all have different features and specifications.
